Greetings! As a third-generation Ellensburg native, I love this town and community! In fact, I love it so much that I have a half-sleeve tattoo dedicated to it (I’ll happily show you and recommend Tony for any of your greyscale tattoos - he’s the man!). Anyways... I grew up attending EHS football games on Friday nights running around with friends by the concession stand. The Copper Kettle was where my papa had coffee with “the boys” and our family became regulars on weekend mornings. I still cook out of my Jan Houston 8th Grade Home Economics cookbook (what about those sugar cookies though?!). Without fail, if I go to the grocery store in either comfy clothing or outside chore clothing, I will see at least a half dozen of my past teachers, kids I went to high school with, previous and current clients, and other family friends. If I look dressed up? No one. Who knows why that happens? I think it’s just part of the magic of a small town.

When I say I was raised by a family of avid learners I mean I was raised by an educator mom and a dad who reads more than anyone I know (besides my older sister - she is a book worm extraordinaire!). My mom was a teacher for 40 years, many of those years were spent as a Professor within the Special Education department at CWU. I grew up roaming the classrooms and study nooks of Black Hall, being my mom’s helper, and asking what people’s learning style(s) are. My dad "drove truck" for Ace Hardware for over 30 years. To this day the smell of motor oil, cigars, coffee, and the open road will always make my heart smile. I will say this man is an anomaly.

When I say that, I mean that he isn’t exactly who you picture when you hear truck driver. Warren Prigge is an Eddie Bauer flannel-wearing, stock market trading, bold coffee-drinking, scholar! He is who I go to when I have questions about my financial portfolio, best composting practices, and he teaches and reinforces winterizing best practices for the first-time homeowner. Anomaly.

When asked what I was like growing up, I usually reply with “I was a music nerd masquerading as a jock.” While I was deeply involved with athletics and even played a year of basketball in college, it was ultimately my passion for music that drove me. If you are a parent, I can almost guarantee you know my voice (anyone have kiddos that watch Blippi? The Horse's song is yours truly - and I do apologize if it is stuck in your head now... dang the catchy kid tunes!). Why do I mention this? Because I want you to know that when I am passionate about a subject, nothing stands in my way of achieving greatness. While I graduated from Central Washington University at the top of my class with a Bachelor of Science, I was also heavily involved with the music department. I was the only non-music major in a top ensemble during my whole time at CWU. That took a great deal of time management, organization, dedication, and pure grit. My work life has been very similar.

Whenever a need arose, I have always stepped up and learned new skills such as website editing and management, social media marketing, photography, you name it! If it made the business better, I would watch every YouTube video, read every blog, and ask anyone I knew who was better than me in that subject area for advice and guidance. Passion for knowledge and excellence is part of what fuels me. The other part of what fuels me is also my amazing family and friends.

I became a homeowner in 2018 and what an adventure. The lot was nothing more than a home, a 1980’s garage, and weeds (weeds everywhere). So much time, energy, and a few tears were invested into making that property a quarter-acre homestead/oasis. When I'm not biting off more than I can chew at home, I enjoy the thrill of live music (I am the lead singer of Under the Covers Band and in duo called Riley & Nicole), and long walks on short beaches with the two dogs, partner, and adorable kiddo!

It's been an honor and privilege to be voted Kittitas County's Best Real Estate Agent every year of my real estate career and if the public is so moved, I hope to add a fifth year in the coming months. What sets me apart is my background in education, communication of what is happening and coming up in any transaction (and putting it into easy-to-digest language), and the fact that I care deeply.

I hope this gives you a general idea of who I am and what I will bring to the table. I bring great attention to detail, professionalism, and the highest level of customer service to every experience. I also believe in the continued value of genuine human connection, humor, and care. I promise to care about your dream with as much vigor as I care about my own (and that’s a lot!). Above all, buying should be exciting and informative, and selling should be as simple as possible. You deserve the highest level of care throughout the home buying and/or selling process. You are one phone call, text, email, or messenger pigeon away from home. Let’s talk today!
